General Order Shipping

We invite you to write to us at orders@garde-malade.com, our team will be very happy to help you! Our specialists respond to emails in the order in which they are received. Due to the programming of our system, sending multiple emails may delay the response time. Please send us only one message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Currently, due to a lack of space at the distribution center, we are unable to offer the fitting, pick-up or return service. We therefore invite you to communicate with our team by email regarding returns.

For the moment, our products are sold exclusively online on our website. Delivery is very fast and free for all orders of $50 or more! 😊

For items that can be returned according to our standard return policy and purchased between October 21 and December 31, 2023, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange until January 15, 2024. Items that are purchased in liquidation are final sales.

We cannot guarantee address changes if the order has already been placed. If you would like to check if it is still possible to change your delivery address, please send an email to orders@garde-malade.com with your order number and updated delivery address. If the package has been shipped, please contact the distributor and ask them to update your shipping address.

Since orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to perform cancellations. If you wish to check if it is possible to cancel your order, we invite you to send an email to orders@garde-malade.com with your order number, highlighting that you would like to cancel it.

If you would like to check if it is possible to make changes to the items in your order, please send an email to orders@garde-malade.com with your order number and the desired item/size change. If your package has been shipped, you can make an exchange or return once the order has been delivered. (A return fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the total refund in the event of a return).

The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice are non-negotiable. It is not possible to apply retroactive discounts to orders in process or that have been processed. Coupon codes and sitewide sales only apply to orders placed after the start date and before the coupon end date. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process, as it cannot be applied later.

At all times, our dispatch team does its best to process orders as quickly as possible. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking # to track your package. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on your location and the carrier. For the United States the deadlines are of 4 to 12 working days.
